Troubleshooting Facility Issues

Before submitting a Tejvi Ticket you must troubleshoot to attempt to fix the problem. This will get you back up and running faster than anything. Once you have done the troubleshooting(attached below), and you are still experiencing an issue, open a Tejvi ticket, include what you did to troubleshoot, and what problem you are still experiencing. Include as much detail and add photo's (if it's applicable). All of this will reduce the back and forth and make your life easier!! 
Handyman type fixes should be saved and included on one ticket a month to reduce trip charges.
